Borderlands: Volume I
Ambient music has long played an important role in my practice as a visual artist, providing a soundtrack to meditations and inner explorations that have informed the imagery in my artwork. Glow Gardener is my own experimental ambient music project, and is named after one of the recurring characters in my work. In this inaugural album, Borderlands: Volume I, I've sought to evoke the world of my paintings through abstract sonic textures, ambient melodies, field recordings, and sampled audio.
